Billing methods

Global package (most common)

Flat-rate fees covering the entire assignment: legal and tax analysis, drafting, negotiation, closing.

Full cost visibility.

Hourly rate

Used for one-off or limited interventions (contracts, targeted audits, specific tax advice).

Performance fee (optional)

In the event of a successful transaction (signature, lifting of conditions), additional fees may be charged.
