The law, a vector of social utility
MAAMOURI AVOCATS devotes a significant part of its activity to pro bono work, providing support free of charge to associations involved in humanitarian projects, in particular those working for the benefit of vulnerable people, human dignity, social inclusion and effective access to fundamental rights.
This commitment is part of a profoundly human and ethical vision of our profession. We work on a pro bono basis on cases selected for their social impact and their conformity with our values, putting our legal expertise at the service of players committed to a fairer world.
Our pro bono support focuses on two main areas:
- Support for non-profit associations working in the fields of solidarity, education and access to the law.
- Assisting people in precarious situations, referred by our associative partners or long-standing customers, particularly in the context of reintegration through entrepreneurship, by ensuring the legal structuring of their project.
Partnership with Serve the City Paris
MAAMOURI AVOCATS is honored to collaborate with Serve the City Paristhe local branch of an international movement present in over 100 cities worldwide.
In Paris, the association focuses on supporting the most vulnerable groups: asylum seekers, refugees, homeless people and foreigners in precarious situations.
The association works to guarantee access to food, healthcare, dignity and better social integration.

- We help people in precarious situations to reintegrate into society through entrepreneurship, by structuring the legal aspects of their business start-up project, and putting them in touch with banks, chartered accountant partners and funding bodies (CCI honor loans, France Initiative networks, etc.).
Passing on, encouraging, opening up horizons
France has one of the most socially inequitable school systems in the world. Among OECD countries, France has the widest gap between students from very privileged and very disadvantaged backgrounds (Pisa assessments - 2022 data).
Against this backdrop, MAAMOURI AVOCATS has been regularly welcoming deserving high-school students from working-class neighborhoods, as well as law students, for almost fifteen years, to give them their first hands-on experience of the legal world. The aim of these internships is to instill in them a culture of high standards, effort and rigor, and to enable them to overcome the social determinisms they face.
Our aim is to help them discover the reality of legal practice, encourage them to believe in their potential, steer clear of superficial distractions and see work as a lever for personal and social advancement.
As part of a caring yet demanding team, they discover a legal practice founded on ethics, competence and transmission, and acquire the keys to professional success based on merit.
